  Mountainside Ministries is awesome!!! Summer Camp and Horse Camp brought alot of children from the community. This is a church where kids get to experience Jesus in a wonderful way...Bible studies, horseback riding, double rock slide pool, petting zoo and the mechanical mule, that takes the kids up and down the mountain. I was amazed to see that the rock slide pool, with all its wading pools could accommodate so many children. It was great hearing their comments as I was "life guarding," I over heard the excitement of kids saying, " This is the best summer camp ever!!!"
  Parents were grateful too, commenting that they had no trouble getting their kids to bedtime, after an activity fun filled day. Woot! Woot!

  The church family at Mountainside has a genuine love and concern for the people that come. The church leadership has always led me to Jesus Christ, not to themselves. The word taught at Mountainside is life changing and living. Jesus Christ also comes very often to touch his people, to speak to his people, and to change us progressively into better Christians. Christians that continue to grow in word and in how we act. Thank you Mountainside for focusing on Jesus Christ!!! I love you Jesus!

  "This school is special in that it has a group of staff that have been committed to teaching children for over 20 years on a very minimal income so that parents can afford to keep their children in a wholesome environment. That is love! The same staff works in the church areas on week ends and special events to provide the same wholesome environment for children from the surrounding community and church families, to teach Bible truths and meet their physical and emotional needs with a great variety of activities. Very well balanced! The messages that you hear at Mountainside will challenge your life. They are never taken from another source, but are fresh and revealing and can be applied to everyday living. I always leave being challenged and refreshed at the same time!"

  I have raised two wonderful children in Christian Education at what is now Mountainside Academy. My children are adults now and have a passion and love for Jesus and his Word. Your child will recieve not only Academics but a Spiritual Education that will last them for all Eternity. The end result is worth it all. Thank You, Mountainside Academy Staff who have served our families for Thirty or more years.

  I started to attend Mountainside Academy about a year and a half ago. It's a really great School with Awesome Teachers. My teachers so far have been; Mrs.Fambrough, Miss.Winston for orchestra, and Mrs.Gomez/Miss.Woods for P.E, and This year and half of last year Mrs.Silla! And Mr.James for P.E only sometimes though. My main P.E teacher this year is Mrs.Gomez though! But I really love the teachers at this school. And I really enjoy this school mainly because it's a Christian school. This is the only Christian schools out of 2 I've been to for more than just 3 months. All the other schools has kicked God out. And I find that Very sad! I just got lucky that every school I've been to that was public I would have at least 1 or 2 teachers that were Christian! So I never really had to face that much of satanic stuff. That's why I really enjoy going to a Christian school. Just like this one!!☺
